How to reserve an apartment?
Search for the apartment you like, enter the dates you want in the search bar of the reservation form, enter your information and press the send button.
A Yourhoming agent will contact you and inform you of availability and details of the reservation
When is the deposit returned?
The financial guarantee or rent deposit is returned at most 30 days after check out, if the apartment is returned in the same condition as found.
When should I call the sales assistant?
YourHoming assistants are available 24 hours a day, every day of the week. To YourHoming, guest comfort is a priority.
What is the apartment provided for?
All our apartments are fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom, towels and linens. TV, Wifi Internet. This information is in the detailed description available for each of the apartments.
What happens if I break something in the apartment?
If you break any object, let us know and we will indicate if you have to pay any additional cost.
What do I do if I have an emergency during my stay?
Upon arrival we will provide a number of guards that will be available for certain emergencies.
How is the minimum and maximum stay in the apartments?
The minimum stay is 32 nights and the maximum is 11 Months.
Thease apartments are not turistic stay. Is a long term rental. Yourhoming does not rent tourist.
